Shipping & Returns
At this time, I do not accept returns or exchanges. However, I will refund you or replace the item if it was a mistake caused on my end (such as sending the wrong item, wrong size, etc). Send me an email (artseaacrylics@gmail.com) and I would be happy to assist you!
Unfortunately I am only able to ship within the U.S. at this time.
I typically try to pack and ship every order within 5-7 days of the purchase date. However, please keep in mind that ArtSea Acrylics is only run by one person
Please keep in mind that items shipped domestically may take 5-10 days AFTER shipping to arrive at their final destination. ArtSea Acrylics is not responsible for delays to the package after it is dropped off at the postal service (i.e. weather, holidays, etc.).
Please contact me ASAP with your name and order number if you accidentally put in the incorrect address when purchasing your order. ArtSea Acrylics is not responsible for any packages mailed to the incorrect address that was submitted by the buyer. If the order has already shipped, I am unable to make any further changes to it.
Unfortunately I am not given access to edit billing addresses on my end. Please contact me ASAP with your name and order number so I may help you cancel the order. You may then reorder with the correct billing address. If the order has already been shipped, please understand there is nothing I can do on my end.
If you are concerned your parcel may have been lost or stolen in transit, you can contact USPS to help you locate your parcel. Have your tracking number ready when contacting USPS.
ArtSea Acrylics cannot be held responsible for packages that are deemed lost or stolen. In previous experiences, packages typically show up a few days after being reported as lost or stolen.
ArtSea Acrylics cannot provide replacement orders for those that were lost or stolen. 10% of my monthly profits are given to coral reef restoration efforts and replacing those orders takes away from donations.
If the order is returned to me, I will contact you and review the address you initially provided for me. You are liable to pay for any additional shipping charges.

Yes! I offer commissioned paintings of your favorite marine animals. If you are interested in a commission, don't hesitate to contact me. I will email you back and we can further discuss sizing, pricing, and details.
Always feel free to reach out with any ideas you may have for future products. I cannot guarantee that your idea will come to fruition, but I am always looking for new inspiration!
